LUISA PALICIO MARTIN, "bailaora" (flamenco dancer). Born in Estepona in 1984. She began his studies at the age of four at the academies in his town. She acts for the first time with ten years in the "Congreso Internacional de Arte Flamenco".
Later, she broadens her knowledge in classical, classical Spanish and contemporary dance, as well as graduating from the "Escuela Superior de Danza de Málaga".
She has studied with teachers such as Rafael Campallo, Manolo Soler, Javier Barón, Hiniesta Cortés, Antonio Canales, among others. She specializes in tailor dressing, perfecting her style from the hand of the teacher Milagros Menjíbar, and shared stage with José Mercé, Carmen Linares or "José de la Tomasa".
She has been awarded the first prize of the Young Dance Contest of the "Fundación Cristina Heeren" and the "Premio Nacional de Baile por Alegrías" of the "peña" (stage specialist in flamenco performances) "La Perla de Cádiz".
She obtained the "Giraldillo de Oro" in the 14th edition of the "Bienal de Sevilla", in the category of artist revelation. She has been awarded the national prize of the critic "Miguel Acal", granted by the "Asociación de Críticos e Investigadores del Flamenco".
In 2011 begins the tour of his first show "Primer Amor" under the direction of David Montero, and with the Sevillian dancer David Pérez, with the collaboration of the singer Esther Quirós.
He has traveled much of the Spanish geography next to the great artist Milagros Menjibar, with whom she has created the show "Piel de Bata", and presented at the "Festival de Mont de Marsan".
She currently teaches at: the "Fundación Cristina Heeren" in Seville, the "Conservatorio Profesional de Danza de Sevilla", the "Conservatorio Superior de Danza de Málaga" and in numerous schools abroad.
