JESÚS RUIZ CABELLO, cantaor. It was born in 1984 in Jerez de la Frontera, in Cadiz. Better known artistically by Jesús Méndez, he has been raised in one of the most important cantaores sagas in Jerez, the Mendez, with La Paquera de Jerez as flagship.
In 2002 he began his professional career at the Cultural Association D. Antonio Chacón de Jerez, where he worked with artists such as Moraíto Chico, El Güito, Rocío Molina, Alejandro Granados, María del Mar Moreno and Carmen Cortés. Others, and since then its progression has been constant.
The tocaor, Gerardo Nunez has been its main valedor, arriving to travel together the whole world. Moraíto Chico and Mercedes Ruiz are also outstanding in their professional life.

In 2008 he presents his first album called 'Jerez Sin Fronteras', a work with the label Gallo Azul by Gerardo Núñez, which received the National Critics Award for Best Disco Revelation.
In 2011 she performs an international tour with the show 'Tr3s' of the bailaora Belén Maya. And he combines this tour with recitals all over the national territory.
In 2012 she participates as a guest artist in the show 'Viva Jerez' and in the 'Vinática' production of bailaora Rocío Molina, as well as in Zarzuela 'De Sevilla a Triana' at the Arriaga Theater in Bilbao, and presents her second album "Añoranza" at the Bienal de Arte Flamenco in Seville.
That same year he was awarded the FLAMENCORADIO Award.
